On this Zoom call, we will get the opportunity to formally introduce ourselves and meet you! We can’t wait! We will go over your expectations and get to know each other. We want to make sure that it’s a mutual fit! We will discuss our collections, how we work, and next steps in reserving your day.
Reserve Date
After you’ve officially booked us as your wedding videographers and we’ve done our happy dance, you can relax because you are in good hands!
The Engagement Session
We finally get to meet! A few months before your wedding date, we will reach out to schedule your engagement session. During this session, you’ll learn what to expect from us on your wedding day. Don’t worry, we’ll make you feel like movie stars! Below are a few examples of what our engagement sessions look like:
Questionnaire
30 days before the wedding date, we will email you a questionnaire asking you about all the details of your wedding. This helps us create a road map of your wedding day so we are always in the right place at the right time.
Final Zoom Call
We will start by going over the questionnaire. This will allow us to discuss any questions we may have. After, we will talk more in-depth about your wedding film and overall goals for the wedding day.
The Wedding Day
The day we’ve all been waiting for has finally arrived! We will capture one of the biggest days of your life for you to remember forever and pass down for generations to come!
The Delivery
Grab the popcorn and the tissues! Once we have completed your gallery, you will be able to view and download your entire wedding film collection from a Personalized Online Video Gallery with lifetime access.
Watch Party!
We highly recommend that you have your friends and family over to watch your wedding film with you for the first time. It’s an amazing way to relive the day surrounded by loved ones!
